About CC Pro Fitness.

My name’s Chris, I’m a personal trainer with 10 years experience helping a wide range of clients achieve their sporting and fitness goals.

I am based at Par Athletic Track, during our sessions my clients will have access to the gym and athletics track for no additional cost! The gym is kitted out with plenty of free weights, CV machines and plenty more to help you hit whatever you fitness goals may be.

My main qualifications include:

  • BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Massage

  • SPS Diploma in Sports Massage

  • First Aid Trained

  • Safe Guarding Trained

Key Influences.

Since starting CC Pro Fitness in 2015 it very quickly became apparent to me I don’t know everything, and nor does everyone else. I think in this business it’s important to learn off each other, that way I know I’m going to keep developing myself as a coach and therapist throughout my career.

My biggest influences of course came through my university degree, in particular; Dr Robert Meyers, Dr Joseph Esformes & Dr Rhodri Lioyd, along with many more.
Since then someone I particularly like in the S&C world is the Keir Wenham-Flatt (the Rugby Strength Coach), through following his work I’ve picked up on a lot of useful bits and bobs that I’ve implemented in my own training and clients training programmes. In terms of sports massage I have found the videos by Ian Harvey (Massage Sloth) very useful in furthering the skills and techniques that I already have, which has increased my effectiveness as a practitioner and happy to say my clients have seen the benefits. https://www.facebook.com/massageslo…
